About us

Sharon L. Krossa, Ph.D.

Sharon's expertise is in designing, installing, customizing and troubleshooting Drupal-based websites. Sharon is also our trainer and can show you how to update and maintain your website. Sharon has over twenty years' experience in academia and industry, and has done technology training for more than ten years. She currently does "training by appointment" through IT Services at Stanford. Sharon's resumé includes more details of her experience and skills.

Chris Laning, M.S.

Chris is our "content wrangler" and graphic designer. Her expertise is in writing and editing, in information architecture and usability — what should go where on your website — and in giving your site a clean and distinctive look. She also does logos, photo processing and management, and custom themes and styles for your site. Her more than 30 years' experience as a professional writer and editor mean your text will be readable and clear. Chris has designed, produced, and run newsletters, magazines, marketing campaigns, and now Drupal websites. Chris's resumé includes more details of her experience and skills.

Rebecca Ritger, M.S.

Rebecca is the part-time website coordinator & administrative associate for the Psychology department at Stanford, and also has copyediting experience. Rebecca also leads content contributions made to the nemertean section of the Encyclopedia of Life through the LifeDesk Drupal platform. Rebecca's resumé includes more details of her experience and skills.

Among the three of us, we have the skills not only to develop and troubleshoot Drupal sites, including custom themes where appropriate, but also to organize, edit, write and design site content. All three of us also have graduate degrees and strong academic backgrounds and are active as independent scholars.
